Ok LOTF I plan on getting us a voice server for Warhammer.  I am not sure which to get so I started a poll and if you could give me a little advice on how many slots will need with it.  I was thinking around 35 to be safe but Zad says there will be like 1000's of people against one another so uhh.  one week from today I will purchase the server and we will get everyone set up who want to run with us.  In the military we call it a como check.  pc.gif

Get a vent server the voice quality is far better than teamspeak. Vent is the server that I run for the Eq2 raid guild we are in right now.

I would say start with 30 players and upgrade from there if you need to.

sure vent, dont matter to me

but thing to remember is if we're aving a server for us ok, but lotf with just us isnt a viable guild option for endgame of war, large guilds not small is where its at, possibly guild alliance but large guilds for the massive pvp is probably the best idea.

low scale engineer pvping (this is just some of the senario based stuff not even keep battles or sieges or any of the real massive stuff this is just the medium range stuff)

Agree totally will probably start all together and merge with a larger guild. I will leave the server open though for us. Maybe we can be a branch off a larger guild.

well tell me if im wrong - but - In DaoC it was not about large guilds. PvP took the entire realm going at it. Best guilds where small group sized and just work together well.

maybe that will be true in war to, but you have keeps and cities to capture in this one so from the way i've seen it id say large is better but maybe small, for now as i said when we start up you need 6 to make a guild, id say do lotf for our begeining levin purposes and once we start levin, decide what to do from there.
